About me

Qingle Cheng received his Ph.D. degree from Tsinghua University. He is currently an Associate Professor at Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture (BUCEA). His research interests include urban and engineering structural safety, disaster prevention, and mitigation. He has presided over 2 national-level projects and 1 provincial and ministerial-level project. He has won the first prize of Beijing Science and Technology Progress Award (15/15). He has participated in the compilation of 1 national standard, 2 group standards and 1 CECS standard. He has published more than 20 SCI/EI papers in journals such as RESS, EAAI, SDEE, JBE, BSSA, and ES.
